StyleOS: StyleOS is a business management application for fashion entrepreneurs. By using StyleOS, you agree to provide accurate information, use the app for legitimate business purposes, and comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations. Data you enter into StyleOS remains your property. We provide the platform; you own the content.
Some of our products may require paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, pricing, and trial periods are displayed within each product. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to the design, code, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by EasyHub Tech LTD and protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit through our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership over your business data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyHub Tech LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While we strive for reliability, the nature of software and internet services means occasional issues may occur.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ogun State, Nigeria.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our services or via email. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
